On Tuesday February 14th 2012 with the beginning at 18.00 in the Cultural Institute of Vojvodina's Slovaks there will be held a sitting with a famous writer Andrea Coddington from New Yorku.
Her first novel "Mal to byť pekný život" It was supposed to be a good life was published in 2009. After the first one she has written another popular novel called "Židovka" or the Jewess (2010), which has become a bestseller and the author has got a prize called Platin book in 2011. Every novel of this writer Andrea Coddingtonová, including the newest one called the Foreign blood (2011), are actual stories.
Andrea Coddington has studied journalism on the University "Komenského" in Bratislava. As a journalist she worked in a several Slovak medias. In 2002 she went to New Yorku as a foreign - political newsreporter and she lives there until.
Everybody present on this literary evening will be able to buy a book with a discount with the signature of Andrea Coddington.
The literary evening with Andrea Coddingoton will be held in the local library in Kovačica (on Thursday February 16th at 7.00 p. m.) and in the hall of the Slovak vojvodina theatre in Báčsky Petrovec (on Friday February 17th 2012 at 6.30 p. m.).
